bdbajeee Terms and Conditions

1.1 Parties to the Agreement

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the bdbajeee platform ("bdbajeee", "we", "us") and any registered or unregistered user ("you", "user"). bdbajeee is an online casino and betting platform that provides services to players in Bangladesh.

1.2 Right to Modify Terms

bdbajeee reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavour to notify users via email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as your acceptance of the revised terms.

1.3 Language and Interpretation

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to register and play on bdbajeee. We may request identity documents (National ID, passport, or driving licence) for age verification at any time. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and the associated funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. If the same person is found to operate multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and the funds held in them may be forfeited. This ensures the prevention of bonus abuse.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide true, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. If an account is opened using false or fabricated information, bdbajeee reserves the right to close that account at any time and withhold any withdrawals. 2.4 Account Security

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example — if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,500; if you deposit ৳22,000 you will receive a ৳15,000 bonus (the maximum limit), making your total balance ৳37,000. The wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.

3.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (bonus amount × 25). This means that if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place ৳37,500 in bets before that bonus becomes eligible for withdrawal. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly before the wagering requirement is met.

3.3 Bonus Abuse

If evidence of bonus abuse, manipulation, or system exploitation is found, bdbajeee reserves the right to cancel that bonus and suspend the account at any time. This includes:

• Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts
• Placing risk-free or opposing bets to meet bonus conditions
• Sharing an account with another person to claim bonuses

3.4 VIP Cashback Program

bdbajeee offers four VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum — with maximum weekly cashback of 0.3%, 0.6%, 0.9%, and 1.2% respectively. The criteria for advancing to a VIP tier and the cashback amounts are determined at bdbajeee's sole discretion and are subject to change.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bdbajeee currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. New methods may be added in the future. All transactions will be completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳/BDT).

4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (for each method). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Deposit or withdrawal requests below these amounts will not be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. If a verification process is ongoing or additional documents are required, the time may increase. bdbajeee is committed to ensuring fast and reliable withdrawals.

4.4 Verification of Deposit Source

4.5 Transaction Cancellation and Reversal

A deposit request that has already begun processing cannot be cancelled. A withdrawal request may be cancelled before processing begins. If a duplicate charge occurs due to a technical error, bdbajeee will refund the excess amount.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

bdbajeee uses advanced technology to ensure fair play. The outcome of all games is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which no party can manipulate. Any form of cheating, use of software, or attempts to manipulate games are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Technical Issues and Game Cancellation

If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a technical error, server problem, or network disruption, bdbajeee will attempt to cancel the relevant game and return the bet amount to the user's balance. Any winnings or prizes resulting from a technical error are not valid.

5.3 Maximum Bet and Win Limits

The maximum bet amount may vary across different games and categories. bdbajeee reserves the right to change bet limits at any time. In the case of unusually large winnings, bdbajeee may award the prize after completing a verification process.

5.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing with bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence
• Collusion or placing bets in coordination with other players
• Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs
• Placing bets using another person's account
• Conducting transactions using funds from illegal sources

6.1 Closure at User's Request

You may request to close your own account at any time. To make a request, contact us via 24/7 live chat or email. If the conditions for any pending withdrawals are met before the account is closed, the balance will be returned.

6.2 Suspension or Closure by bdbajeee

bdbajeee may suspend or permanently close your account in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions

• Providing incorrect or false information
• Bonus abuse
• Operating multiple accounts
• Being identified as a minor

6.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months, the account will be considered inactive. bdbajeee will hold the balance of an inactive account, and upon logging in again the user will have the opportunity to withdraw their balance.

These terms and conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between bdbajeee and the user. These documents take precedence over any prior oral or written understanding.
